I don't think this is a mis-translation. I'm pretty sure I have heard of "restroom tours" here in Korea where they take you on a tour of different toilets.

I have to confess that I've photographed a semi-public restroom while touring a city. (The million dollar ladies' bathroom at the Crystal Cathedral in Los Angeles.) Good times.
We thought the soap was something really special, too, until the next rest area had the same soap.
