I would think it's "on the top" rather than "on the side." What a brilliant business plan! Where else are you going to find so few buildings? You'll never be driven out by rising property values...
Wouldn't their liability insurance be pretty pricey? I mean, with the possibility of injuries from golf balls ricocheting off headstones...
They would have to limit it to the areas where all the headstones are the flat kind. And make mourning visitors wear helmets.
